My favorite food in the entire world! Chocolate covered raisins is a close 2nd ;-).
Even during my training phases I include avocados and guacamole in my nutrition plan. I do moderate it the amounts depending on what type of training I’m doing. I want to be super clear, when I say guacamole, it doesn’t mean I’m chowing down on an entire bag of chips with it. Especially not if I’m training. For the most part I have as a side dish to my meal.
Here’s a picture of my actual Mortar where I make my Guacamole. In case you’re wondering…it DOES make a difference! It gives it this really nice taste when it’s blended inside the mortar.
And you can’t EVER go wrong with a little bit of wine. Red or white…whatever pleases your taste buds!
While I create my Guacamole Heaven receipe, I will share some other’s I found that are pretty good. Give them a shot. Just try to keep the amount of salt to a minimum…you can do it!
